Account and personal data deletion
This page is for Swaglift users who want to permanently delete their account and data, even if they no longer have the app installed.
How to request deletion
Submit the request using the form. We will email you a verification link; the account will be deleted only after confirmation on the website.

Enter the email address used during registration. If you arrived from the verification email, the confirmation button will appear below.
What we delete
- user account and profile information
- training plans, history and saved results
- uploaded videos and AI analysis results
- app settings and other personal data linked to the account
What we may retain
- accounting and tax documents for the period required by law
- data required to address security, fraud or legal claims
- anonymized aggregate data that can no longer be linked to a specific person
Deletion period
After verification, we will delete the account and active data within 30 days. Copies in technical backups may be removed automatically within 90 days unless longer retention is required by law.
Before submitting
- Account deletion is permanent and the data cannot be restored.
- Deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions directly in your store account.
